Coaching is a partnership! Coaching is in no way a magic pill or one-way street. Consider a professional athlete; their coach can help them define a plan to reach a particular goal in the fastest way possible or devise training to improve their skills, but the athlete ultimately has to carry out the plan or training. Their coach is there to motivate them, catch them before they go too far off the path, and help them revise a plan to better suit them if it appears not to be the right fit. It is a role of expertise, support, and guidance. The athlete (read: you!) are responsible for taking action.
The payoff IS real and often more immediate than you might think! You will wonder why you waited so long! Part of the magic of coaching is how it directly affects the amount of time it takes an individual to achieve their goals. We have a team very talented, certified Ninja Coaches. Each has been trained as a business coach backed by extensive experience and training with the Ninja SellingTM systems. We understand that certain personalities are better suited for certain people. Also, each of our coaches brings a different expertise to our program which can be matched with your goals or leveraged through your coach at anytime. That said, your coach is YOUR coach. You will not have a different coach every session nor will you be handed off to another coach without discussion. Ninja Selling TM is a system based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and then helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about helping people buy.
How did Ninja SellingTM get its name?
It is called Ninja SellingTMbecause one of The Group, Inc. sales partners who
helped develop the system was nicknamed "The Ninja" by the staff in his office.
He had great sales volume, great customer satisfaction and referrals, and yet
seemed to have a life outside of his career. He had by far the highest income
per hour of any salesperson in the company. Larry Kendall began documenting
the sales systems used by the original Ninja and other top sales people at The
Group Inc. Ninja SellingTM is the result.
Ninja SellingTM is based on a belief in abundance and the power of focused energy
and synergy with others. The symbol used for Ninja Selling is the Japanese
symbol for Ki, or the universal energy (spirit) that connects all things. Ninja SellingTM
is based in the philosophy of the non-violent martial art, Aikido the way of
harmonizing energies.
