About Ninja Coaching
Ninja CoachingTM has been helping managing brokers and individual agents implement Ninja SellingTM systems and philosophies into their businesses since 2005. While it was obvious that the Ninja Selling systems worked regardless of the market, it was also apparent that many agents lacked the accountability and guidance necessary to maximize the systems' potential. Ninja CoachingTM is the answer!
In the beginning, the markets were rocking, much of the coaching entailed system implementation to help agents maintain a steady business by managing client load and staying in the flow with their sphere, as well as find balance between work and family/life. As the market has changed, emphasis remains on systems, particularly building and staying in the flow with ones' sphere. The NInja Selling systems work regardless of the current market conditions. We have seen many clients make huge strides in their businesses while other agents in their market have struggled. People still need to buy and sell! One noticable shift has been greater emphasis on expertise; buyers and sellers are demanding more these days. Information and numbers are some of our best tools; it is no longer sufficient to make general comments and assumptions. Hard data talks! Clients need/want the information, our systems and tools help agents leverage the available information, present it with purpose and ultimately, empower their clients.
Ninja Coaching envisions itself as a resource to help agents realize their ideal business and life through the use of proven Ninja Selling systems and mindset manipulation. We have the rare opportunity of being there to share in the excitement of our clients breakthroughs and wins! All Ninja Coaches:
Your coach will be a collaborator, supporter, and sounding board. They will challenge you to do your best and keep you accountable to the goals you set for yourself. Your coach will employ techniques and theories from brain sciences, quantum physics, and nuero-psychology. They want to see you succeed as much as you do!

Meet Clara
Highlights
A California native, Clara moved to Colorado in 1995 and has never looked back. She currently lives with her 5 year old son just outside of Denver. She loves to travel and enjoys yoga, surfing and reading as her schedule permits.
Clara gained experience as a Realtor under Karen Bernardi (1995-2000). She has further enriched her background in real estate through various roles such as office manager, managing broker and Business Development Director. In 2003, she received her certification as a Business Coach and continues her professional growth by working on her masters in Organizational Development at Denver University’.

Meet Terri
Terri lives in Tracy, CA. When she isn't coaching or teaching the Ninja systems, she is busy running her successful Ninja real estate practice with her wonderful husband, Larry (Retired Command Sergeant Major, US ARMY) . Terri's family is her pride and joy. She is blessed with three grown sons, one daughter-in-law and precious grandchildren; they are what drives all that she does. She loves to read, be on the lake, or anything else that is outdoors.
Terri's mission is to enable everyone to have a life filled with meaning and purpose, to be effective, efficient, and successful in the real estate industry and beyond. Terri believes these concepts will reach beyond any individuals professional career and into their personal lives.

Meet Garrett
Garrett was born and raised in California. Always the outdoor enthusiast, he moved to Montana to attend college. He then moved about Nevada(Tahoe), Montana, Washington, & Oregon developing his skills and satisfying his need to explore only to find himself back in California. He currently lives in Redding, CA with his family. Sarah, his wife and lifelong friend, helps run Ninja Coaching. Garrett has been blessed with beautiful twin daughters, Jocelyn and Celeste, of whom he is very proud. He also has a son, Otto, who recently started preschool and is showing signs of a true free spirit like his daddy.
Garrett has spent the last 20 years gathering information, learning mentoring techniques, and acquiring the tools he now uses every day as a Certified Master Ninja Coach. Garrett was a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon, before he realized his true passion was helping people define the lives they aspire to have and then helping them implement systems to get there. While Garrett carries a full load of coaching clients, he makes time to attend as many Ninja Retreats and Installations as possible, ensuring that the coaching program is in touch with the latest material being taught by Larry and the other Ninja Masters.
